i've been feeling very selfish lately.
I want my cello, i miss being able to play at home everyday. it's a really good way to calm myself down.
I want to learn piano, i can only play songs off my iPod and it's getting boring.
I want to score some goals; this i should be more selfish about, i totally gave the ball away last game and i really could've made it.
I want to be really good at cello, i felt like i was being treated like a seventh grader today, like trying to find the harmonics on my cello, we took extra time just for me and it made me feel bad.
I want some help around the house, i know mom's got school and is really stressed already but i could still use some help.
I want to be done with my honors classes, i don't want to rush at midterms or the terms i just want to be through with it.
I want to succeed in my honors classes, no matter how much i make fun of my mom's stressing over her grades i know that it's best.
I want to talk to my mom more, i always feel like she's left out when we have time to talk.
I want time, simple as that, i've got too much going on.
I want my brain back, please if you find it please return...
I want kristen to know me better, she's my best friend yet i feel like we're breaking apart.
i want to be a musical genius, i want to be able to put my feelings down in notes and play it.
i want school to be over, I'm tired of this already, i get so tired of routine.
I want to write a book, to find an idea that can actually turn into a book, you'd be surprised at how hard this is.
I think i'm almost done...
I want chelsea to stop being a snob, it's very hard to have a soccer team when i always am getting lectured and yelled at but when i ask nicely they don't listen to me.
I want someone to notice my hard times and care, i don't just want a pat on the back and them to say "stiffen up that upper lip" i want them to help me work through it.
I want homework to be simple.
I want good music.
Ok i'm done rambling now.

battle scars
being a girl you always want to be pretty and perfect, to smell nice and to look nice. I'm not one of those girls. If I'm not sweaty at one point in the day it's been...well a boring one. And so in order to sweat practically everyday i joined a comp soccer team. I also now have an AYSO soccer team, did i mention with guys?
being a guy, you want to have the biggest bruise, the loudest statement, etc. they also happen to be quite violent when chasing after a ball. So it's expected to get a few bruises for either side.
both my knees have a color full addition to the tan. i also have done something to my right big toe, but if i don't get on the ground or get a bruise i haven't been playing hard enough.

hamster in heaven
my elder hamster died today. she was sick, had an infection in her eye and wasn't eating or drinking. her eye was twice it's size and turned black and kinda shriveled up. well i looked in on her, like i always do, after school and there was no signs of life. i expected this, she's kinda old anyway. i hate to sound heartless but i don't think it's that big of a deal.
i'm happy i was able to get some pictures before anything happened. Since i thought of that i decided today that i would take pictures of the famous new hamster i had before this happened too. now you can see why i had to have the cute ball of fuzz

sigh
i think i'm sick...i wanna bash my head in but that would give me a bruise...i think it's the flu...sigh i hate being sick. i'll have to stay away from meemers kids when we go.
...10 things?!
dang and i thought i got away.
if you get tagged, you have to list 10 things that make you happy. What are the things that tickle your fancy, make you smile or still give you that butterfly sensation? What things do you seek out and truly enjoy? The only rule is that you can't say your kids or your spouse...it's too easy.
these can mostly be switched around to any number.
10-track, i love the feeling when i sprint and get the rush, and i feel so graceful when i clear a jump well.
9-drawing and painting, i love to paint and draw, when i can get the picture just right i feel very accomplished.
8-reading, i love to immerse myself in a good book, even if it's for class.
7-getting an A, yeah i know I'm a slacker and totally don't get A's but this year seeing all A's on my grades has felt really good.
6-my team, my la roca team is so fun, we all run together and drop dead next to our water bottles when its over.
5-writing, when people read my stories online and love it, it gives me the feeling of accomplishment.
4-my really good friend Kristen, she helps me feel included and we are very similar.
3-playing my cello, i love the deep tone and the beauty when i hit just the right notes.
2-being smart, i love it when i outsmart the teachers and my friends it gives me the feeling of importance.
1-family time, i love all of my family even if some aren't the greatest sometimes. my cousins, my mom, everyone.

our lagoon day was fun, especially since our wonderful relatives finally came (after much convincing that there was free food). we all had a blast.
We rode many of the rides. tried to drag both meemer and big d on the samurai (just you wait!) and ate as much as we could.
this is just the beginning. seriously look at the crazy family's blog there's a lot more to add!

alright alright i'll update
here goes g-ma.
well my whole family has been busy. going off to idaho, soccer tournaments back to school stuff and usual busy-ness. i got a cello, i got a phone (i should say taniya and i) and i got a couple bruises, all in all, a good time.
on our way to look at phones we had to stop at the library, we couldn't get one without her consent or somethin weird. and so we called the dude with some cello's and went to see teh pretties. and pretty much just chose one right there. school was almost starting so i just picked out of the two. i get to see a cello teacher soon too.
soccer. Playing on a competitive team is easier than i expected and harder at the same time. I have a really badly bruised elbow and can hardly bend it, and can hardly move my side or left leg. Which also means that i played really hard which i can be proud of. I do happen to have to some good news though; we won our first game since we were put together. i was said to be the most aggressive player taking down some girls bigger than me who just happen to be mostly wimps. My uniform has also gotten it's first possible stains today too! woot!
Idaho. It was fun. Got a little sunburned havin fun at the lake. I water skied and got up! which every one knows already. yeah the waterfalls were small height wise which wasn't what i expected. it was great i got to swim which i love to do.
Now. we're all sitting at home waiting for lagoon day and watching the oly's (Olympics).
and that's all folks. there's never anything interesting going on with my life.

yeah...it changed again
i found out how sad it is to post a blog entry and not be able to get comments. so i sacrificed the pretty cello stuff and went green.
I'm at good old grandmas and grandpas house sittin around house-sitting. i never realized how boring it gets in north ogden. But we did go see dark knight. It was cool, lots of explosions and crazy people, it held my interest for the whole two and a half hours. Then we watched a really cheesy old movie called flight of the navigator (my sisters choice). Bailey's wakin me up early every day to go for a run. we don't go very far but are going further everyday. i totally caught a freakin huge spider today that was on the stairs. I'm not an expert on em' but it looked like a wolf spider. i grabbed a glass and caught it after the fourth or fifth try. it was bigger than my thumb nail. kinda made me happy that this IS a normal house with its share of creepy crawlies. or maybe they all noticed that the two normal cleaners are gone.
we left right after coming back from girls camp. we spent a few hours in our sweltering house and then rushed with packing up again before my grandma called for a third time. sorry we left so late g-ma! tai's pretty much doing everything around here. i only entertain bay-bay and clean up her poo. after this i get to go home for a few hours then leave to get some exercise playin soccer. then i get to spend a night or two in my own bed. then we're off again! it'll be a miracle if i can keep what little sanity i have after all this.

the tournament
well my team had it's first two games this last week. we were pretty much creamed but that's okay. it was a lot of fun being out on the field with new meat..er team members. we only scored two goals total which were in the last game. we lost both games and had lots of yelling and shaking heads of the couches...er coaches and much yelling of the soccer moms. we got hit, tripped and whacked a few times.we fell a lot and tried not to smack our friends who don't tell us their gonna leave the ball twenty feet (okay maybe four) in front of us and leave while someones running towards you. I was nervous and scared of what my team would do if i screwed up but it was all alright. This new soccer is really intense. I'll let everyone know when the next games are!

babysitting
ah yes the old joys of tending other peoples children. I started with watching a little boy probably around two and have now started babysitting four children of ages ten six and two twin four year olds. well all children are hard to put in bed that's a fact all known in motherhood and tending and is to be expected. what is completely unexpected is when the mother walks through the door nearly puking and telling you she's pregnant. lets just say i was lost. i didn't know whether i should take her seriously or just pass it off as a joke. then her husband walks in not a lot later and say that she just threw up in a bag in the driveway and that she told me she was pregnant. i took her seriously then which i was right to do. lets just say that was the weirdest hello's i've ever had. so other moms that read this wonderful blog (if i do say so myself) do not do that to your babysitters as a mean joke or to be taken seriously have mercy on the poor teens they won't find it very funny just so you know.

OVERLOAD!!
i've been tagged but i'll write about it later.
this is like the busiest i've been in awhile. with the last two days of school coming it's just hectic there. now it's comp. team tryouts which all decided to be on the same days. i've chosen to go for the Wasatch team at six thirty. the thing about that is that tai's graduation is the same day. and i STILL have to turn in some stuff for school. well homework time.

you're invited!
my orchestra concert is Thursday, may 15, at 7 i can guarantee bad music and boring speeches and little entertainment. but it's my last concert playing as a beginning cellist and those who want to fake clap and all that jazz are welcome to come. again its at my school, west point Jr. high at seven.

oh...crap
Well tomorrow (Thursday the first) i have a track meet at Syracuse. IF i get the top six of my events i get to go with the others to district, if the girls win. I'm now doing hurdles and just yesterday (Wednesday) I fell twice. my left side of my left leg was white from scraping against the cement and i had to wrap my wrist from landing on it so many times. I'm pretty sure that i have a good chance at getting in. So for anyone whose curious about how a Jr. High track meet goes on you are now invited, It's a Syracuse High at two forty-five to three and ends around five to five-thirty. Just look for the all black uniforms or redish pink track clothes.
One of my drawings was taken by my teacher, not for anything bad, it's just being displayed in a display case in the art collaberation area.
I'm screwed in school. I have a stack of math that i haven't done and don't understand and am failing it. Stess from friends has also been getting to me so i'm nearly at the breaking point.
whoa spaced there, bookie's watching some kind of really stupid show, i just lost a whole lot of brain cells i really need.

We have a Wii!!! we have the sports pack thingy too. My older sister hit me with the remote really hard while playing tennis. Easter is so hectic this year. of course we get three of them!
i went four-wheeling with my family on my dad's side. i loved it. they let me drive off alone and take it on a few jumps. there was a couple guys with dirt bikes and i really wanted to ride on those. the best part was that i got to go off some jumps and get some pretty good air. they let me drive it back to grandma's after the fourth run, that was awesome. first time I've driven something on public roads. the noise level at grandma's was through the roof. you couldn't form three words without another kid screaming. it was okay though. now it's off to my other grandma's!

Scary thought, I'm registered for high school!! really it's nineth grade but for some odd reason it's considered high school. still though!! where have all the years gone!! i just shake my head at the thought. The classes I've chosen weren't really thought through, I'm up for Orchestra, level 2. Choir for girls. And Yearbook (which isn't guaranteed) I'm taking summer gym so there goes that stuff. still though, it's a bit unbelievable....high school.

my mom and i went to see the ballet Friday. Cinderella. it was really good. now i have to write a report on it. oh joy. it was really weird seeing people dance around like that. for like two or three minutes i wanted to be in ballet too (laugh). my favorite dancers were the fairies and the joker and the two stepsisters (who were played by men). I had a pretty cool time. a couple of the other beginning orchestra kids were there too. that's where we got our tickets; from Mrs. Silva. the other cellist was there too. the music was wonderful.
well footsal disbanded because we didn't have enough teams. now my parents are like "hey where's my money?" i found it pretty stupid, apparently so did my mom.

Soccer
well we weren't so lucky, we lost 8 to 1. last time we lost to this team it was about 14 to 1 so we've improved. i played defender for the first half, the ENTIRE first half. then played forward for the last bit. i have a lovely imprint of a soccer ball on my knee which is bruising slightly and a stomach that's argueing with my dinner. all in all a good friday night, well average at least. hm for some reason spell check isn't working oh well.

the short complaints of me
I. HATE. THE. WINTER!!!!! stuck with a stupid cold, i have a runny nose, a pounding headache, and an ear that wants to explode. fun week, right? with a new start in school and lots of friends in classes this was just the perfect time for a cold. NOT! i missed the opportunity to have fun with meemer and her young womens group and can hardly go through a class in school without a pocket full of tissues. lucky me.

WE WON!!
well against all odds SWAT, my soccer team, won our first game. the really amazing thing about it was the fact that we had no subs. our coach wasn't there nor were our best players. it was the newbies, like me an Callie, and the know it alls. i was surprised when our forwards finally got their butts in gear and started scoring.
but i would like to mention one of the girls on the other team. her name, i believe, was Dakota. she barely reached my waist in height. to me it looked like someone stamped a fragile handle with care stickers on her forehead. i must admit it was really hard to shove against someone so small, but really she's the same age as the rest of us. she had a good kick too. i found it annoying when her coach was talking to her like a three year old, but oh well i just found it funny how no one would shove her around a little.
indoor soccer is a great way to vent frustration and get out all that bottled up anger from school and the week. i have a couple friends that i can't wait to play against and am really happy, and surprised, that we've one our first game. even if all the other teams have beaten them too. i just hope it'll raise the forwards' moral and get them to start scoring.
